西气东输管道双燃驱压气站机组运行分析及建议 被引量:9

摘要 西气东输一线的管道压气站中有10座"2+1"运行方式的燃驱压气站,2010年西气东输一线管道输量为1.68×1010m3,接近管道设计输量。经过对离心压缩机运行数据的分析,发现双燃驱站的燃机和压缩机在性能参数设计选择上的考虑欠周,燃机和压缩机不能同时运行在各自设计的工作区域,导致了西气东输管道能耗较高。冬季以双机运行为主,机组负荷率仅维持在40%~60%;而夏季以单机运行为主,负荷率可达到100%。本文提出了将双燃机站现有压缩机的机芯更换为大流量机芯的方案,可以解决因燃机-压缩机在性能参数上不匹配造成的能耗高的问题,且一年可收回投资成本。同时,建议实施夏季燃机进气制冷的改进方案,帮助改变夏季燃机运行工况,延长燃机的使用寿命。 30 parallel-operation stations are designed in West-East Gas Pipeline-1 Project, in which the units operation mode is 2-running 1-spare. In the year 2010, the production of West-East Gas Pipeline was 368 × 10^8 m^3 , that have achieved the design capacity. Performance Analysis of compressor found that the parameter between the GT and compressor does not match. Both Gas turbine and Compressor can not operate at ideal condition simultaneously, which caused rather high energy consumption. The units kept running at low 40% - 60% load rate in winter while parallel units mode is necessary but reached maximum 100% load in summer while single u- nit mode applied. The program of replacing large flow Bundle on parallel-operation station compressor was proposed in this article, which can create a significant reduction in energy consumption and recovering of Investment cost. Meanwhile a feasibility study of spray evaporative cooling technology on application of gas turbine was proposed.
