HRB400钢冶炼工艺强化分析——以贵阳长乐钢铁企业为例

摘要 针对贵阳长乐钢铁有限公司小电炉生产HRB400热轧带肋钢筋的工艺实践,分析各项强化技术对钢筋性能的影响。发现:在HRB400热轧带肋钢筋生产中,通过对微合金强化、夹杂物控制强化、热轧与冷却控制强化,不仅能生产出满足国标要求的且性能稳定的HRB400热轧带肋钢筋,还可将微合金的使用量降到0.286kg/t钢。 Technology practice for the Iron and Steel Co Ltd. in Guiyang Changle small electric furnace production HRB400 hot rolled ribbed steel bars, analysis of the strengthening technology of reinforced effect. Discovery: to trengthen in HRB400 rolled ribbed steel bars production, through the strengthening of micro-alloy, inclusions, hot rolling and cooling control to strengthen not only able to produce stable performance of the meet the requirements of GB HRB400 rolled ribbed steel bars, but also You can the microalloying use dropped to 0. 286kg / t steel.
