摘要
针对贵阳长乐钢铁有限公司小电炉生产HRB400热轧带肋钢筋的工艺实践,分析各项强化技术对钢筋性能的影响。发现:在HRB400热轧带肋钢筋生产中,通过对微合金强化、夹杂物控制强化、热轧与冷却控制强化,不仅能生产出满足国标要求的且性能稳定的HRB400热轧带肋钢筋,还可将微合金的使用量降到0.286kg/t钢。
