摘要
目的:了解2010年高血压患者住院用药的基本情况及参加各种医疗保险的经济负担情况。方法:采用现场调查法对武汉部分卫生服务中心高血压患者进行调查。结果:西药占到了住院药物费用的85%以上,80%的住院用药集中在常用的100种药物;72.3%高血压患者对参加的医疗保险比较满意,不满意者的主要原因是报销手续过于复杂。结论:应针对住院患者的基本用药规律,减少报销手续,进一步完善医疗保险政策。
Objective： To discuss the basic condition of hypertension medication in hospitalized patients and financial burden of medical insurance in 2010. Methods： On-site survey method adopted in Wuhan, to investigate patients with hypertension in community health services. Results： Western medicine hospital drug costs accounted for more than 85%, and 80% of hospital medicine are concentrated in the 100 commonly used drugs. 72.3% patients with hypertension participating in medical insurance were satisfied, and the main reason for dissatisfied is that the formalities of submit an expense account is too complex. Conclusions： Further improve the medical insurance policy for inpatient drug law reducing reimbursement procedures.
