摘要
公园免费开放是城市建设和社会发展的必然结果,是人与自然、人与环境和谐相处的具体体现。诚然,免费公园作为政府为公众提供的公共产品,是一个城市重要的公共空间和舞台,是人们休闲、娱乐、健身、休憩的重要场所。但是,公园免费后各种管理难题随之而来,新问题、新矛盾不断出现,尚需广大园林工作者积极探索新的管理模式,以进一步提高开放式公园的绿化养护管理水平和管理效率。
Park free open is the inevitable result of urban construction and social development,it is a concrete manifestation of the harmony between man and nature, man and the environment, free parks as public goods provided by the government for the public, a city public space and the stage is an important place for people of leisure, entertainment, fitness, leisure.
