摘要
为了寻找和发现高效、广谱、低毒、低生态风险并与现有杀虫剂无交互抗性的新型杀虫剂,以对苯二酚为原料,经多步反应制得11个新型含二氯丙烯的亚硫酸酯类化合物,其结构经核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、元素分析确证.室内生物活性测定结果表明,目标化合物对小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella L.)具有较好的杀虫活性,其中3-[2,6-二氯-4-(3,3-二氯烯丙氧基)苯氧基]丙基正己基亚硫酸酯(7h)在10 mg/L下对小菜蛾的致死率可达到80%,优于对照药三氟甲吡醚.
In search for new insecticides with high activity, broad-spectrum, low toxicity, favorable safety profile and no cross resistance to commercialized insecticides, eleven novel sulfinic esters containing dichloropropene were designed and synthesized from p-dihydroxybenzene in multiple steps. The structures of title compounds were identified by 1H NMR, 13C NMR spectra and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassays indicated that some of the target compounds showed good insecticidal activity against Plutella xylostella L. 3-[2,6-Dichloro-4-(3,3-dichloroallyloxy)phenoxyl]propyl n-hexyl sulfurous ester (7h) showed 80% mortality against Plutella xylostella L. at 10 mg/L, better than pyridaly.
