摘要
目的:论述近年来关于黄芪、水蛭在慢性肾脏病治疗中的作用研究进展,为临床和科研工作提供较为全面的参考依据。方法:通过中国知网、万方数据库及Medline查询国内外最新相关报道,并做针对性整理。结果:近年来关于中医药治疗慢性肾脏病报道较多,而益气活血化瘀法已经成为新的关注点。结论:益气活血药黄芪、水蛭治疗慢性肾脏病疗效确切,既可提高疗效,缩短疗程,又可改善西药的局限性,减少不良反应和降低复发率。
Objective ： To study the research progress about the effects of radix astragali and hirudo on the treatment of chronic kidney disease in recent years, and provide more comprehensive reference for clinical and scientific research work. Methods： Inquire about the latest reports and make pertinencive arrangement domestic and overseas through China national knowledge internet （CNKI）, Wanfang data translation library and Medline. Results ： Reports about Chinese medicine treatment of chronic kidney benefit very much in recent years, and method of activating blood and eliminating stasis has become the new concerns. Conclusion ： Yiqi Huayu drugs especially radix astragali and hirndo do have a good effect on CKD, not only can improve the curative effect, shorten the period of treatment, but also can improve the limitations of western medicine, reduce adverse reactions and decrease the recurrence rate.
