摘要
提取皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区建设用地集约利用相关数据,通过层次分析、主成分分析等方法建立评价指标体系,计算示范区内各城市建设用地集约度分值,分析集约利用的经济、社会和人为驱动力以及各城市集约利用空间差异。研究得出合肥市和马鞍山市建设用地集约水平较高,池州市建设用地利用较粗放,其他城市处于中度集约水平。建设用地集约利用水平受经济、社会、环境和人为因素等制约,评价集约度的结果可为区域承接产业转移时的土地利用提供参考。
This paper, based on construction land intensive use data, applies hierarchical method and principal component method to establish an assessment index system, measures the land intensive use scores in each city, studies the economical, social and human drives in land intensive use and the spatial variance among cities. It shows a higher intensive use level in Hefei and Maanshan, a primitive level in Chizhou, and a medium level in other cities. The level is limited by economical, social, environmental and human factors. The assessment results can give a reference in land use during regional succeeding industrial transfer.
