摘要
本文针对双河Ⅶ下层系高温(96.5℃)、低渗(0.374μm2)的油藏特点,开展Ⅲ类及以上储量油藏用耐高温聚合物的筛选、评价研究。依据聚合物基本性能初选出5种耐温聚合物(100622、100621、SNF、2#、1#)进行耐温抗盐性、驱油能力评价,其中聚合物SNF(相对分子质量2.7×107,水解度26.03%)表现出很好的耐温抗盐性和驱油能力。浓度为1500 mg/L的聚合物SNF溶液,在96℃热老化90 d后的黏度保留率为110.8%(氧含量控制<1.0 mg/L)。岩心驱替实验表明,高浓度聚合物溶液因具有较高的黏弹性,其驱油效率明显高于低浓度聚合物溶液的,质量浓度合理范围为1500 2000 mg/L;随注入段塞尺寸增加,聚合物驱油效率增大,但超过0.5 PV时驱油效率提高缓慢,优化段塞尺寸为0.5 PV。
Considering the characteristics of physical reservoir properties of the Shuanghe Ⅶdown layer series, such as high formation temperature (96.5℃) and low permeathility (0. 374 pro2), the heat resistant polymers used in the 3^rd or above reservoirs were screened and evaluated. Performance evaluations of five kinds of polymers ( named 100622,100621,SNF,2#, 1#) was conducted on temperature tolerance, salt resisting properties and oil displacing capacity. The results showed that the SNF polymer with the viscosityaverage molecular mass 2.7 × 10^7 and the hydrolysis degree 26.03% had excellent capacity of heat resistance,salt tolerance and oildisplacement capacity. The retention of viscosity of the SNF polymer solution with the concentration of 1500 mg/L was 110.8% after the thermal oxidative aging for 90 d at the temperature of 96℃ in the condition of oxygen content 〈 1.0 mg/L. The results of core displacement experiment showed that the oil recovery increased with increasing the polymer concentration due to the improved viscoelasticity, and the proper concentration range was 1500 -2000 mg/L. The larger the slug size, the higher the oil displacement efficiency, and the improvement weren' t obvious when the slug size were above 0.5 PV, the suitable sizes of injected slugs was 0.5 PV.
