摘要
目的对萱草花进行化学成分研究。方法使用多种色谱技术对萱草花70%乙醇提取液进行分离纯化,根据理化常数和波普数据对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果共鉴定出7个单体化合物,分别为槲皮素-3-O-芸香糖苷(1),槲皮素(2),槲皮素-3-O-吡喃木糖苷(3),3-糠酸(4),琥珀酸(5),金丝桃苷(6),异槲皮苷(7)。结论化合物4,5,6,7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Hemerocallisfulva flowers. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified with silica gel chromatography, their structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. Results Compounds were isolated and elucidated Rutin ( 1 ), quercetin ( 2 ), quercetin - 3 - 0 - oxylose ( 3 ) , 3 - furoicacid ( 4 ), succinicacid (6), Hyperoside (7), Isoquercitrin ( 8 ). Conclusion Compound 4,5,6,7 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
