摘要
目的:探讨基于症状变化的中医证候疗效评价方法。方法:以证候所包含的主要症状进行组内分组,以症状的合计作为证候,运用等级分组资料的H检验(Kruskal and wallis法)。结果:创造性地运用了现有的统计方法,为中医证候疗效的评价探索出一条新路。结论:强调症状变化程度应作为等级资料,划分为加重、无明显变化、减轻、消失,2个等级,并给出了界定标准。提出了干预措施是否针对主要症状的问题,用以区分和检验干预措施是主要治疗还是辅助治疗,使基于症状变化的中医证候(与疾病)的疗效评价趋于客观化。
Objective To explore the evaluation methods of curative effects by TCM in view of changes of symptoms.Methods Subgroups were divided inside the group according to the cardinal symptoms contained in the syndromes.The total sum of symptoms served as syndromes.H-testing（Method of Kruskal and wallis） of grouped data based on grades was used.Results The current statistical methods were creatively used,which paves a new way for evaluating clinical curative effects by TCM.Conclusion Importance should be attached to symptoms serving as grouped data.Four grades are divided according to aggravation,no marked change,mitigation and disappearance and dividing criteria are given.The problem is put forward that intervention measures do aim directly at the cardinal symptoms or not.Thus we can distinguish and inspect whether the intervention measures are the chief therapy or adjunctive therapy,which makes it more objective to evaluate the curative effects of Chinese medical syndromes（or diseases） in view of changes of symptoms.
