摘要
采用2.0代聚酰胺-胺树状大分子(G2.0-NH2)作为导电涤纶织物活化工艺中金属催化剂Ag的优良载体,优化了经G2.0-NH2/Ag+活化处理后的涤纶织物化学镀铜的优化工艺,即硫酸铜20 g/L,硫酸镍2 g/L,甲醛10 mL/L,酒石酸钠90 g/L,温度40℃,氢氧化钠10 g/L。该活化方法省去了传统工艺中的粗化和敏化等工序,工艺流程短,化学镀铜效果好。
A generation 2.0 polyamidoamine dendrimer ( G2.0-NH2) is used as the carrier of metal catalyst Ag in the activation process, and the electroless copper plating process of PET fabric is optimized. The optimum process is determined as follows: copper sulfate 20 g/L, nickel sulfate 2 g/L, formaldehyde 10 mL/L, sodium tartrate 90 g/L, sodium hydroxide 10 g/L and plat- ing temperature 40 ℃. The activation method with G2.0-NH2 eliminates roughing and sensitizing procedures, and can obtain good electroless copper plating effect.
