松南气田登娄库组地层提速用PDC钻头研究

摘要 在深井和超深井高硬度高研磨地层中钻进,会遇到钻速过低、钻头使用时间短、施工周期长、成本巨大等情况,直接制约了钻井施工劳动生产率的提高。松南气田钻井技术这几年有了较大发展,但提速潜力依然巨大。该次研究之前,在松南气田青2段-登娄库组高硬度高研磨地层已经使用了多种PDC钻头,效果并不明显,钻井效率低下。因此针对松南气田登楼库组地层的特点,以岩石特性分析为基础,在冠部外形、刀翼形式、布齿等方面进行分析研究,设计出了适合该地层特点的PDC钻头,并在腰平10井现场试验中达到了预期目标。 In drilling the high hardness and abrasiveness strata in the deep wells and ultra-deep wells in domestic oilfields,there existed problems of low drilling speed,the short service life of bits,long operation periods and high costs.It restricted the operation of well drilling and improvement of production.The technology of drilling in Songnan Gas-field has been developed very well in recent years.However,the potential of speed improvement was high.There were several kinds of PDC bits used in the high hardness and abrasive strata of Qing 2-Denlouku Formation in Songnan Gas-field before the analysis,but the effect was not obvious,the efficiency of drilling was very low.So for the properties of the stratum.Based on the analysis of the rock characters,the analysis on the bit crown shape,the type of blade,the configuration of cutting tooth and so on,a PDC bit is designed for the gas field.It is used for field application in Well Ping 10,and the desired object is reached.
