微生物清防蜡技术在新疆油田采油二厂的矿场应用 被引量:5

摘要 为解决油井结蜡问题,从新疆油田采油二厂高含蜡油井的采出液中筛选出了清防蜡菌种,对该菌种进行室内定向驯化,将得到的优良菌种投入现场试验和应用。室内研究发现,该菌种作用于高含蜡原油后,原油的凝固点、黏度和含蜡量均有所降低;该菌种在油井现场应用中,取得了良好的效果:连续生产时间长、热洗次数少,部分油井产液量增加,含水率下降,油井抽油机载荷、电流普遍下降等,明显减少了经济成本,且无环境污染。 Wax-removing microorganism was chosen from produced fluids of high waxy oil wells in 2nd Oil Production Plant of Xinjiang Oilfield.In order to solve the paraffin precipitation problem in oil well,acclimating the strains in laboratory.Then the microorganism was acclimatized in laboratory and excellent strains were put into field test and application.It was found in the laboratory research,the freezing point,viscosity and the content of paraffin of crude oil were all reduced after the strains were used in high waxy crude oil.Meanwhile good effect of application is obtained in oilfields with long time of continuous production,less number of hot washing,the oil production is risen in some oil wells,water content,pumping unit load and current are reduced without environmental pollution.
