摘要
以热塑性聚氨酯(PUR-T)和聚氯乙烯(PVC)为主要原料,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、复合铅盐稳定剂、硬脂酸钙为助剂制备PUR-T/PVC热塑性弹性体,探讨共混比、DBP用量和填充剂用量对复合材料拉伸强度、断裂伸长率的影响,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征拉伸断面。结果表明,最佳实验配方为:PUR-T 80份、PVC 20份、纳米碳酸钙20份、DBP 20份、复合铅盐稳定剂三盐3份、二盐3份、硬脂酸钙2份、钛酸酯偶联剂0.2份,此条件下制得的复合材料拉伸强度为1.43 MPa,断裂伸长率为465%,邵尔A硬度为82。
The thermoplastic elastomers were prepared with thermoplastic polyurethanes ( PUR-T ) and poly ( vinyl chloride ) ( PVC ) as the raw materials, dibutyl phthalate ( DBP ), composite lead heat stabilizer and calcium stearate as additives.The influence of the blending ratio of PUR-T / PVC, the quantity of plasticizer and filler on the mechanical properties of composite was studied. And the surface morphology of tensile fracture was analyzed by SEM.The result showed that the optimal formula was: PUR-T 80 portion, PVC 20 portion, nano-calcium carbonate powder 20 portion, DBP 20 portion, tribasic lead salt 3 portion, dibasic lead salt 3 portion, calcium stearate 2 portion and titanate coupling agents 0.2 porion.The tensile strength, elongation at break and shaoer A hardness of the composite were 1.43 MPa, 465% and 82 respectively.
