摘要
快速公交(BRT)客车作为有高运作效率的客运途径,在国内外得到了快速发展。铰接装置是具有后置发动机的BRT客车中的关键技术。在建立的铰接装置3D模型基础上,用柔性多体动力学的方法对铰接装置进行柔性多体建模。根据BRT客车的实际运行情况,设定了3种极限载荷工况对铰接装置进行仿真分析。分析结果表明,所设计的铰接装置自身结构拥有较好的结构强度和安全性。
Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), of which the articulation system is the main component, obtains fast development in the world because of its high working efficiency. The flexible multibody model of articulation system under three critical load cases is proposed based upon its 3D model to predict the stress and displacement of the system. It concludes that the designed articulation system of BRT has enough structural strength.
