摘要 以宁德乡土树种柳杉为原料,聚乙二醇为液化剂,在浓硫酸和磷酸的混酸催化作用下,进行了木材液化试验.通过单因素试验,以残渣率为指标探讨了液化反应温度、反应时间、液比及催化剂用量与配比对柳杉液化反应的影响.结果表明,在反应温度160℃、反应时间120min、液比4:1、催化剂用量6%以及硫酸/磷酸体积比2:1的条件下,柳杉液化残渣率为9.5%. Wood liquefaction test was studied under the catalysis of mixed sulphuric and phosphoric acid, with cedar as raw materials, which is one of local tree species of Ningde, and polyethylene glycol as liquefaction agent. Single-factor experiments were employed to discuss the liquefaction of cedar under the conditions of reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst amount, wood to liquor and acid ratio by evaluating the residue content. The results showed that the appropriate conditions of liquefaction were 160℃, 120 min of reaction time, the ratio of wood to liquor was 4:1, the catalyst content 6%, and ratio of sulphuric acid to phosphoric acid was 2:1, in these conditions, the residue content of liquefaction is 9.5%.
