摘要
机织双层威尔顿地毯结构紧密,生产效率高,文中介绍了其图案、配色及工艺设计过程。采用波斯纹样,利用涤棉纱作松、紧经,麻纱作纬纱,羊毛作绒纱,双层组织结构,辅以合适的密度进行织造,经过上胶、平毯、边缘等后处理,实践证明该产品艺术及工艺设计合理,效果理想。
The structure of woven double layer Wilton carpet is tight and produced with higher efficiency. In this paper are introduced its patterns, colour match and art designing. By using Persian fabric styles and by use of polyester and cotton blended yarn as relaxed and elastic warp yarn and flax as weft yarn and cashmere as pile yarn, it is woven in double-layer structure of appropriate density, then glued, and after finished the fiat carpet and edges. Practice proves that the above process design of this art product is reasonable and ideal.
