根据消费者对功能性织物的需求和企业设备的优势,以不同品种细特长丝为原料,以仿形态记忆功能作为研发切入点,研发一组具有综合形态记忆功能和多种经纱上浆两个特点的休闲面料,在面料设计的色彩、图案、组织结构、纤维材料、风格和特殊处理等方面综合运用,以使产品达到自然、精致、典雅的整体风格,并对产品的生产过程进行精密管理,严格控制织造工艺参数,以提高产品整体质量。
Meeting to the requirements of consumers and based on enterprise＇ s equipment superiority, and taking filament yarn of different fine tex as raw material and shape memory function as the main research, a group of leisure wear fabrics characteristic of shape memory function and sized multi warp ends are developed after the comprehensive design of fabric color, pattern, texture, fibrous material, fabric style and special treatment. The fabric features overall style nature, fine, elegant. Close supervision to the product production process and strict control of weaving craft parameters are adopted to improve the product overall quality.
