摘要
根据黑液热解的热重分析,利用Zsokó法研究不同升温速率、不同温度范围黑液热解动力学。结果表明:黑液热解分为四个阶段,第一、第二、第四阶段有明显的失重峰,第三阶段为失重平台。因动力学行为较为复杂,故以每个温度阶段为独立研究对象,利用不同机理函数描述热解行为。在150~450℃黑液有机相热解阶段,其活化能随着体系水分含量和升温速率的升高而降低。
The kinetics of pyrolysis of black liquor was studied via thermogravimetric analysis of 10℃/min, 20℃/min, 40℃/min, 50℃/min with ZsokO method. The results show that the process of kinetics consists of 4 stages, three of which have obvious weight loss peaks and the third stage has a weight-loss platform. Because the kinetics of pyrolysis is complicated, each temperature stage was taken as independent object to describe the pyrolysis behavior with different mechnism functions, In the stage of 150-450℃ pyrolysis of organic phase, the activation energy goes down with the increase of heating rates and the water content.
