摘要
研究胶红酵母固定化方法,并测定所得固定化细胞的机械强度和通透性,对固定化方法进行初步筛选;研究磷酸缓冲溶液对固定化细胞强度的影响,最终得到目的固定化方法。试验表明:CA-活性炭(C)复合凝胶包埋所得固定化细胞,经0.6%聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)强化12 h,再经1%的戊二醛强化3 h后,机械强度大大提高,能耐磷酸缓冲液。
The immobilization methods were studied in this paper. The immobilization methods were primarily screened by evaluating the mechanical intension and permeability of immobilized cell granules. The influence on buffer of immobilized cells was studied later and the optimum immobilized method was selected. The batch experi- ment results indicated that the immobilized cell granules obtained by active carbon - CA complex treated and inten- sified by 0.6% polyethylene imine and 1% Glutaraldehyde had the best mechanical intension, permeability and endurance on phosphate buffer solution.
