摘要
目的探讨子宫肌瘤患者不同体质与舌苔脱落细胞调控基因的相关性。方法选取10名平和体质子宫肌瘤患者作为对照组,其他8种体质即阴虚质、阳虚质、气虚质、气郁质、血瘀质、痰湿质、湿热质、特禀质患者各10名作为观察组。采用巴氏染色观察舌苔脱落细胞的成熟指数(MI)、成熟价值(MV),免疫组化方法检测舌苔脱落细胞调控基因Bcl-2、Bax的阳性率。结果①血瘀组、气郁组患者舌苔脱落细胞成熟价值(MV)和Bcl-2阳性率明显高于其他体质组。②血瘀组、气郁组患者舌苔脱落细胞成熟指数(MI)中层细胞数量和Bax的阳性率明显低于其他体质组。结论子宫肌瘤患者不同体质与舌苔脱落细胞的成熟度和凋亡调控基因相关,血瘀质和气郁质舌苔脱落细胞凋亡较其它体质组减少。
Objective To explore the relationship between apoptotic regulatory genes of tongue exfoliated cells and different body constitution of patients with hysteromyoma.Methods 80 hysteromyoma patients with Yin deficiency constitution,Yang deficiency constitution,Qi deficiency constitution,Qi stagnation constitution,blood stasis constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution,damp-heat constitution and allergic constitution were selected to make an investigation and 10 hysteromyoma patients with normal constitution as control.The maturation index（MI） and maturation value（MV） of tongue exfoliated cells were observed by Papanicolaou staining,and the positive rates of apoptotic regulatory genes Bax and Bcl-2 of tongue exfoliated cells were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results The MV and Bcl-2 positive rate of tongue exfoliated cells of patients with blood stasis constitution and Qi stagnation constitution were significantly higher than that of other observed group.The MI and Bax positive rate of tongue exfoliated cells of patients with blood stasis constitution and Qi stagnation constitution were significantly lower than that of other observed group.Conclusion The different body constitution of patients with hysteromyoma is correlated with the degree of maturity and apoptotic regulatory genes of tongue exfoliated cells.Compared with other constitution,the tongue exfoliated cells apoptosis is less in patients with blood stasis constitution and Qi stagnation constitution.
