摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下聚焦超声联合鼻用糖皮质激素治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法将2008～2010年我科诊治的96例常年性变应性鼻炎患者随机分为:聚焦超声联合鼻用糖皮质激素治疗35例(A组),单纯聚焦超声治疗31例(B组),单纯鼻用糖皮质激素治疗30例(C组),治疗后随访1年,观察三组疗效。结果术后1年,A、B、C三组疗效总有效率分别为94.29%,83.87%,76.67%,差异有显著性(=6.32,P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下聚焦超声联合鼻用糖皮质激素治疗常年性变应性鼻炎效果显著,有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect for perennial allergic rhinitis by using endoscope with focused ultra- sound and intranasal corticosteroid. Methods 96 cases patients with perennial allergic rhinitis during the period of 2008 to 2010 were randomized to three groups. 35 cases in A group received endoscopic focused ultrasound and intranasal corticosteroid,31 ca- ses in B group received endoscopic focusing ultrasound alone ,30 cases in C group received intranasal corticostereid alone. An the patients were followed up for 1 year, to summarize its effect. Results The total effective rate are follows：94.29% in A group, 83.87% in B group ,76. 67% in C group, The difference in the three groups was significant（ 2 = 6. 32 ,P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Combination of focused ultrasound and intranasal corticosteroid is one of the effective therapies for perennial allergic rhinitis.
