异基因造血干细胞移植治疗白塞综合征并发骨髓增生异常综合征一例

摘要
患者女，34岁。因间断发热、口腔溃疡2年，乏力半个月于2010年2月25日入我院。患者2008年初出现发热，体温38．0℃，15～20d发热1次，发热前3—4d多出现口腔痛性溃疡。2009年7月患者体温最高升至40％，应用地塞米松2—4mg可退热。
