摘要
目的探讨精索静脉曲张（VC）不育患者的精浆生化变化。方法分别检测168例VC不育患者（VC不育组）和随访到的该组89例精索静脉高位结扎术后患者及40例正常生育男性（对照组）的精浆中酸性磷酸酶、果糖、锌、肉毒碱和α-糖苷酶含量。结果VC不育组与正常生育对照组两组间酸性磷酸酶含量差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组间果糖含量差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组锌的含量比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组间α-糖苷酶及肉毒碱含量比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。术后和术前酸性磷酸酶含量及果糖比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；锌、α-糖苷酶及肉毒碱含量比较，差异有统计学意义。结论VC可通过某些因素引起精浆中锌、α-糖苷酶和肉毒碱含量降低，从而造成男性不育。
Objective To investigate the biochemical changes of seminal plasma of patients with varicocele. Methods The seminal plasma samples from 168 infertile men with varicocele, 89 follow-up of infertile men with varicocele having done the Varicocelectomy, and 40 fertile men were collected, and the contents of acid phosphatase, fructose, zinc, L-carnitine and alpha-glucosidase in seminal plasma samples were measured respectively. Results The concentration of acid phosphatase in seminal plasma from men with normal fertility was no difference from that of infertile men with varicocele （P〉0.05）. The difference of seminal plasma fructose levels between the two groups was not significant （P〉0.05）. The difference of the zinc level in seminal plasma between infertile group with varicocele and fertile group was significant （P〈0.05）.The difference of the alpha-glucosidase and L-carnitinelevel in seminal plasma between the two groups was significant （P〈0.01）. The concentration of acidphosphatase and fructose in seminal plasma from the preoperative men was not significant from the postoperative men, The difference of the zinc and alphaglucosidase and L-carnitine level in seminal plasma between the preoperative men and the postoperative men was significant. Conclusion Varicocele can result in infertility by decreasing the concentrations of zinc, L-carnitine and alpha-glucosidase in seminal plasma.
