摘要
通过对莱钢F550超高强船板钢冶炼一连铸过程工艺技术的研究,降低钢水中磷、硫、氮、氧以及非金属夹杂物的含量,从而得到了高洁净度、高均质铸坯,为F550超高强船板取得良好、稳定的低温韧性和厚度方向性能奠定了基础。
Through studying the smehing-continuous casting process of F550 ultra high strength ship plate, decreasing the contents of phosphorus, sulfur, nitrogen and oxygen, thus, the high-cleanliness and homogeneous casting billet is obtained, laying a foundation for a good, stable low temperature toughness and thickness property of F550 ultra high strength ship plate.
