摘要
构建了膜生物反应器封闭循环ABE连续发酵系统,研究了系统中PDMS膜的渗透汽化性能。实验共进行2轮,第一轮进行274 h,采用发酵-渗透汽化间歇耦合的方式;第二轮进行312 h,前196 h采用发酵-渗透汽化连续耦合,之后实行间歇耦合。间歇耦合操作模式下,2轮的丁醇分离因子分别为11.00和12.94,总通量分别为711.07和579.98 g/(m2.h);连续耦合操作模式下,第二轮丁醇分离因子为5.54,总通量为555.80 g/(m2.h)。实验中膜性能稳定,分离性能良好,未出现膜堵塞和膜破损现象。
A continuous and closed-circulating ABE fermentation system is constructed with PDMS membrane bioreactor. Two rounds of fermentation are conducted and the membrane pervaporation performances are analyzed. The first round is carried out for 274 h, adopting a mode of intermittently coupling of fermentation with pervaporation. The second round is conducted for 312 h. An operation mode of continuous coupling of fermentation with pervaporation during the first 196 h and intermittently coupling mode during the rest hours are used. With the intermittently coupling operation, for circular membrane and rectangular membrane in the two rounds, the butanol selectivities are 11.00 and 12. 94, and the total fluxes are 711.07 g· m^ - 2· h ^- 1 and 579.98 g· m ^- 2· h^ -1, respectively. With the continuous coupling operation,the average value of butanol selectivity and the total flux are 5.54 g· m^-2· h^-1 and 555.80 g· m^-2·h^-2 for rectangular membrane, respectively. The membrane presents steady and good separating performance without any contamination occurrence during the experiment.
