摘要
我国面临着堪称人类历史上最为大规模、高速度的城市化,历史文化遗产保护也面临着历史上最为严峻的困难。历史文化遗产保护亟需法律和制度层面的政策设计,但更需得到全社会最广泛的共识。基于此,指出文化沉积是人类文明的重要特征,历史记忆是人类精神生活的重要特性,文化多样性是现代生活的重要特点,城市风貌延续性是人类文化延续性的重要方面,资源再利用也是人类可持续发展的理性要求。并总结了上海历史文化风貌保护的实践经验和教训。
Facing the urbanization process with the highest speed in a largest spectrum in the world, China historic hedtage is risking their damage and demolishmenf The protection of historical and cultural heritage needs proper policy design on both legal and institutional /eve/. Furthermore, a broad consensus of protection and conservation in the whole society plays an e Fen more important role. The evolution from culture to historical memory and from cultural diversity to cultural continuity is a rational process of human and social development. Shanghai＇s practices and experiences by treating historical heritage provides meaningful understandings for the other cities.
