摘要
目的改进手术室晨间交班模式,提高工作效率。方法改变原来广泛性被动交班的模式,采用针对性主动交班模式进行手术室晨间交班。结果交班时间缩短,护士和医生的满意度提高。结论针对性主动交班可以提高工作效率,改进交班质量。
Objective To improve working efficiency by modifying the morning nursing shifting mode in the operating room.Methods The morning nursing shifting was changed from the traditional whole stuff all-included passive mode to a group duty concerning active mode. Results Nursing shift time was shortened, and the satisfactory degree of the nurses and doctors were improved. Conclusion Group duty concerning active nursing shifting mode can be helpful in improving the working efficiency and the shifting qualities.
