摘要
基于长丰县土地整治规划实践,充分考虑土地整理的现实性和其作为民生工程的重要性,分析制图规程,结合土地整治的实际效用,利用统筹的方法,将相同要素进行整合评价,对县级土地整治规划图件的编制进行优化。结果表明:土地整治潜力规划图有待改进,其图例可以再整合,整合后的图例在潜力规划图中应用起来更方便,很好地解决了土地整治规划图件的读图复杂性问题。
According to the land consolidation planning practice in Changfeng County, the actuality and importance of land consolidation as civil project were taken into full consideration. According to the practical effectiveness of lancl consolidation, the same elements were collectively evaluated in an coordinated approach, and the compilation of county-level consolidation planning maps was optimized. The result showed that the planning map of land consolidation potentials should still be improved and its legend can be re-integrated. The integrated legend is easier to be applied to the planning map of land consolidation potentials, and can effectively solve the complicated problem in reading the map of land consolidation.
