摘要
[目的]研究不同植物在干旱胁迫下的植物含水量及抗旱能力。[方法]采用称重法,测定滇中高原典型植物云南松、滇青冈、元江栲、厚皮香和矮杨梅等的叶片绝对含水量、相对含水量及水分饱和亏缺等植物含水量指标。[结果]乔木的抗旱能力比灌木、草本强,草本的抗旱能力最弱。[结论]该研究可以为进一步利用多种指标研究植物抗旱性提供参考。
[ Objective] The research aimed to study different water content and resistance to drought of the plants under the drought stress. [ Method ] The weighing method was used to determine the leaf absolute water content of the typical plants,relative water content, water saturation deficit and other indicators of plant water content on Yunnan Plateau. Pinus yunnanensis, Cy^lobalanopsis glaucoides, Caztanopsis orthacantha, Ternstroemia gymnanthera and Myrica nana, etc were taken as materials. [ Result ] The drought resistance of the trees was stronger than that of the shrubs and herbs,and that of the herb was the weakest. [ Conclusion] The research could provide the reference for the further study' of plant drought resistance using various indicators.
