摘要
随着医院信息化水平和技术水平的不断提升，医院信息系统已成为支撑医院主体业务的主要工具和手段，从医院整体层面如何以切实施行有效的管理方式维持和控制信息系统建设成果和稳定持续发展将成为医院未来信息化发展的重要课题，本文结合实际通过对医院信息系统管理模式优化的探索实践，探讨建立适合医院信息系统的综合长效管理方式和内容。
Along with the hospital informatization level and technical level of continuous improvement, hospital information system has become the main support hospital＇s main business tools and means, from the overall hospital level how to effectively implement effective management methods to maintain and control information system construction and sustainable development of hospital infonnatization will become the future development the important topic, this paper based on hospital information system management mode optimization of exploration and practice, explore the establishment of suitable for hospital information system integrated management mode and content.
