摘要
为了解决辐射温度计的检定、校准过程中黑体辐射源溯源不完善的问题,设计制作了温度范围覆盖200~1100℃的系列热管式黑体辐射源,研究了黑体辐射源的评价方法,测试了其温度分布性能指标,并使用蒙特卡洛法对其有效发射率进行了计算。测试计算结果表明,所制作的热管式黑体辐射源靶面均匀性不大于0.2℃,有效发射率高于0.9995。
To solve the problem of incomplete tracing of blackbody in verification and calibration of radiation thermometers, this paper de- signed a series of heat pipe blackbodies which temperature range covered 200 - 1100 ℃, and researched blackbody assessing technology. The temperature technical indexes of heat pipe blackbodies have been tested, and their effective emissivities have been calculated using the Monte - Carlo method. The result shows that the heat pipe blackbody target surface uniformity is less than 0. 2 ℃, and the effective emissivity is greater than 0. 9995.
