摘要
对卷烟厂制丝车间大空间空调送风情况进行模拟分析。使用CFD模拟软件对风口进行建模,计算不同送风状态下的速度场,并采用实验数据对计算结果进行验证。根据制丝车间的空调要求,对原设计方案进行了参数和送风口形式的优化,通过模拟径向可调旋流风口结合局部区域喷射风口的送风方式,以及对车间在计算工况下的温度场和速度场的分析,验证了优化方案的可行性,体现了气流组织模拟在此类高大空间的空调节能方案的优化设计中起到的重要作用。
Common air supply systems of large space air-conditioning system in cigar factory's silk reeling workshop are simulated. Various air outlet farms are modeled in CFD simulation software to calculate the air velocity field under varied air supply conditions. The simulation results are verified by experiments. Based on the requirements of silk reeling workshop, the optimization design'of energy-saving program is proposed, radically adjustable swirl diffuser combined with injection outlet for partial zone is preferred. The temperature and velocity distribution under this scheme is simulated and compared to verify the possibility of this scheme, reflecting the importance of aifrlow distribution simulation for optimization design in large air-conditioning room.
