摘要
为研究固体火箭发动机密封件在湿热环境下的失效机理和性能劣化规律,设计开展了F108氟橡胶密封件湿热加速老化寿命试验,并利用数理统计方法对试验结果做了显著性分析。结果表明湿热环境下氟橡胶主要发生交联和水解反应,温度是引起老化的主要因素,湿度起促进作用。
A hydrothermal accelerated aging test based on F108 fluorine rubber of SRM was investigated to explore aging mechanism and performance deterioration law. The experimental results were analyzed with mathematical statistics. The results show the temperature is the most significant factor for fluorine rubber' s ageing, and the humidity accelerates aging speed.
