摘要
为了解决火箭橇试验中橇体长时间巡航运动的问题,采取了火箭发动机橇载多路时序点火控制的方法,分别从控制方法、系统的远程控制、远程检测、自动断电、硬件电路设计、软件程序设计、系统封装、系统的可靠性验证、系统安装等方面进行论述。该橇载点火控制系统可根据试验时序要求,控制不同的火箭发动机按要求的时序工作,使火箭橇运行速度达到设计的弹道要求。
In view of long cruise movement of sled body of rocket sled, a sled containing multiple rocket engine ignitions timing control method was taken, control, system remote control, remote sensing, auto power off, hardware circuit design, software programming, system packaging, system validation, system installation, etc. were discussed. The skid control system sets the ignition timing according to test re- quirements, controlling rocket engine according to different timing requirements of the work to make the rocket sled speed meet the design requirements of the trajectory.
