摘要
目的观察内镜下探条扩张术治疗食管癌术后吻合口狭窄的近期疗效及护理配合。方法选择我院2011年收治的食管癌术后吻合口狭窄130例患者,行内镜下探条扩张术。结果所有患者接受探条扩张术后症状缓解.近期疗效明显。结论探条扩张安全,操作简单,并发症少,近期疗效好,适用于食管癌术后吻合口狭窄的治疗,操作的成功与否跟护士熟练的配合是密不可分的。
Objective To evaluate the short term effect of endoscopic bougie dilation of postesoph agectomy anastomotic stricture and the nursing cooperation. Methods We retrospectively reviewed 130 patients with postesophagectomy anastomotic stricture who underwent endoscopic bougie dilation in our hospital in 2011. we analyzed its short term effect. Results In all t30 patients, their symptom released after endoscopic dilation, and they got obviously short term effect. Conclusions Endoscopic bougie dila- tion is a safe, simple procedure, it has rare complication and excellent short term effect, it＇s suitable for treating postesophagectomy anastomotic stricture. There exist a close relationship between the skillful nursing cooperation and the success rate.
