The paper describes upgrading process of centralized control system in raw coal production of coal preparation plant of Xinji No2 coal mine,details transformation of ideas and specific implementation process of system upgrade from MODICON E984 to schneider QUNATUM,has reference effect to upgrade of coal preparation plant＇s old centralized control system.
