摘要
目的:利用读书报告会来提高带教老师的综合能力。方法:通过按条件报名、读书报告会、综合考核3个步骤来择优录取带教老师。结果:从20个参赛者中择优录取13名带教老师,其中1名总带教,12名带教老师,提高了带教老师的综合能力。结论:读书报告会是护士进行继续教育、培养综合能力、提高教学质量和提高论文写作水平的有效途径。
Objective:To improve the comprehensive capability of teaching nurse through the reading report. Method: There are three ways to be used for option of optimal teaching nurse including conditional candidate,reading report and comprehensive examination. Result: 13 persons including 1 chief teaching nurse and 12 teaching nurses, were collected from 20 candidates as optimal teaching staffs resulting in the improvement of comprehensive quality in teaching nurse.Conclusion: Reading report is a very useful access for nurse to continue studying, to enhance comprehensive capability, and to improve teaching quality and the level of theory.
