摘要
当前,高校学报存在某种程度的"异化"现象。责任编辑是文章能否见刊的重要筛选、决策人,必须在选题策划、内容审核、学术批评等业务方面从高、从严要求自己,以提升办刊质量,促进学报发展。
Currently,there exists a certain degree of 'alienation' in academic journals of colleges and universities.Executive editors are the main screeners and decision-makers in the choice of papers;they must set rigorous requirements for themselves in the process from topic selection,content examination to academic criticism so as to enhance the quality of their journals and promote sound academic development.
