摘要
在对蒲河流域整治经验的基础上,针对蒲河流域污染特征、环境管理现状及存在问题提出了建立蒲河流域尺度综合管理体系,实现水资源在流域中合理配置,促进流域整体水生态环境向良性循环方向发展。
