摘要
根据总体规划动态评估的需要,以遥感数据为支撑构建一套数据获取、处理和分析体系。首先通过高分辨率遥感影像一体化测图技术实现大范围的遥感影像的快速正射处理;然后基于影像所包含的丰富的信息利用面向对象的思想进行多尺度解译,自动获取变化信息,以快速更新建设用地的现状信息;利用GIS平台实现时间序列信息的分析和快速自动制图;最后从建设用地使用情况对总体规划的实施情况进行动态评估。
According to the needs of the dynamic assessment of the overall planning, remote sensing data for support to build a set of data acquisition, processing and analysis system. First fast ortho-rectification of remote sensing images of a wide range of high-resolution remote sensing image integration mapping technology;and a wealth of information contained in the image -based object-oriented thinking to the interpretation of multi -scale, automatic access to change information to quickly update the status of construction land ; GIS platform for time series analysis of information and rapid automated mapping;from the construction land, the use of the overall plan for the implementation of dynamic assessment.
