摘要
针对某装置蒸汽凝液管网多处发生水锤现象,建立数学模型对其进行模拟分析,结合工厂实际情况,提出几种管网改造方案:(1)凝液降温;(2)TK1和TK2通过新增管线直通TK3;(3)TK1直通TK3方;(4)TK1和TK2分别直通TK3。本着节省投资、经济合理、简便易行的原则,选用方案2:将不同压力等级的凝液分别送入回收罐、调整控制阀门的安装位置、降低管内流体压降。改造方案实施后,解决了蒸汽凝液管网振动问题,系统运行一年来未发生水锤事故。
According to the simulation results of the pipe network, some improvements were proposed, including reducing the degree of vaporization and leading different pressure condensate pipe to the recovery tank, respectively. The detailed schemes were provided of cooling scheme, TK1 and TK2 leading to TK3 through the new pipeline, TK1 leading to TK3 directly, TK1 and TK2 leading to TK3 through new pipeline respectively. Through a detailed comparison, combined with the actual plant, based on the principle of saving investment, economic and reasonable and simple, scheme 2 was selected.
