摘要
在无氢条件下,以Pd/C为催化剂,以环已酮为诱导剂,对2,6-二甲基苯酚进行胺化反应。考查了环已酮的量对反应的影响,提出并证明了其诱导机理。结果表面,适当量的环已酮可诱导反应原料生成重要的中间产物2,6-二甲基环已酮,该中间产物可促进反应的进行。
A Pd -only catalysts supported on activated carbon was used for amination of 2,6 -dimethylphenol (2,6 - DMP) without H2 with cyclohexanone as the inducing agent to produce 2,6 - dimethylaniline (2,6 - DMPA). A cyclo- hexanone inducing mechanism for the transformation of 2,6 - dimethylphenol (2,6 - DMP) to 2,6 - dimethylaniline (2,6 -DMPA) was proposed and proved through GC -MAS.
