摘要
在铸造生产中,缸体类铸件占有重要位置,各类机床的液压缸、平衡缸、大型阀体等都是这类铸件的典型代表。缸体类铸件的共同特点是都有圆柱形工作面,且加工精度和表面光洁度要求较高,不允许有气孔、砂眼、疏松等铸造存在。
Comprehensive analysis of isling system plan of typical engine body castings has been presented. Some points were put forward based on production conditions which will be helpful to the foundry practice.
