摘要
目的总结乳腺结核的诊断及治疗经验。方法对我院2004年1月～2012年1月术后病理确诊为15例乳腺结核患者回顾性分析。结果本组15例乳腺结核患者均表现为乳腺肿块，14例误诊为乳腺癌及纤维腺瘤，误诊率为93．3％，术后均接受抗结核治疗效果满意。结论临床医师应提高对乳腺结核的认识，尽量避免误诊为乳腺癌，以免给患者带来痛苦和经济负担。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment for tuberculosis of the breast ,Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical date of 15 patients with tuberculosis of the breast in our hospital during the 2004 jan-2012jan in our hospital. Result 15 cases were all proved by pathological diagnosis ,14cases were misdiagnosed . misdiagnosed rate was as high as 93.3%.All patient were accepted antitubereulosis treatment after operation.Conclusions Clinical doctors should improve their recognition of tuberculosis of the breast ,avoid misdiagnosis of tuberculosis for breast cancer,which can cause the patients to unnecessary pain and economic burden.
