摘要
混凝土冷却塔是火电厂重要的组成部分之一,近年来,其防腐蚀问题已经受到广泛的重视。本文介绍了新疆首个中水冷却塔防腐蚀工程案例,从冷却塔不同的循环介质,塔体内部各部位工况不同两个方面介绍了重防腐涂料在电厂冷却塔防护方面的应用,并对混凝土的表面处理和涂料涂装工艺对冷却塔防腐寿命和防腐效果进行的讨论。
Concrete based cooling tower is an important part in every power plant. In recent years, the anti-corrosion technology is widely concerned. In this paper, on the basis of conclusion of the first case is introduced in Xinjiang, we mainly discussed the application of anti-corrosion coating for different parts in the cooling tower affected by recycling medium and working conditions respectively, and as well we discussed the service life under the different surface pretreatments and coating technologies .
