摘要
2Cr13钢按常规工艺调质处理后 ,虽然强度性能可达到要求 ,但低温冲击韧性往往偏低。为了提高该钢的低温韧性 ,本文进行了一系列热处理工艺试验。结果证明 ,2Cr13钢采用二次或三次淬火 ,其中第一次为常规温度淬火 ,而第二次 ,第三次为Ac1 ~Ac3 之间的临界区淬火 ,然后高温回火 ,能明显提高钢的低温韧性 ,从而解决了要求较高低温韧性的冷藏船零件的热处理质量问题。
Cr13 steel quenched and tempered through conventional tachnology will meet the need for strength but will frequently fail to cater for the low temperature impact toughness.In order to increase the above toughness,a good many tests have been carried out.The test results show that double quenching or triple quenching in which the first quenching is of normal temperature,the secong or/and third are quenching from Ac 1~Ac 3 and then high temperature tempering is capable of obviously increasing low temperature toughness.As a result of this,the quality problem of parts in the refrigerated ship which require higher low temperature toughness has been solved successfully.
