摘要
本文系统研究了水玻璃模数、流速和磁场强度等诸因素对水玻璃砂粘结强度的影响,确定了磁场处理水玻璃的最佳工艺参数,并对磁场处理水玻璃提高粘结强度的机理进行了理论探讨。磁场处理水玻璃可提高强度20~30%,可相应减少型砂中水玻璃的加入量,从而改善水玻璃砂的溃散性。
In this paper, the effects of the modulus and current velocity of sodium silicate binder, magnetic field intensity on the bond strength of the sodium silicate-bonded sand have been systematically investigated.The optimum technological parameters of treating sodium silicate in the magnetical field were determined.The mechanism were theoretically discussed to improve the bond strength of the sodium silicate treated in the magnetic field. The experimental data showed that the bond strength of sodiumsilicate treated in magnetical field may be increased by 20~30%, reducing the addition level of binder in the molding and coremaking sand and thus improving the col-lapsibity of the sodium silicate-bonded sand.
