摘要
有通信信道的馈线自动化的故障处理 ,大多由远方变电站或二级主站集中处理。但是如果参照纵联差动保护原理 ,各分段线路两侧的分段开关直接交换各自的故障电流标志 ,就可判断故障线段。进而通过变电站出线保护及自动装置的协调配合动作 ,快速可靠地消除或切除故障 ,隔离故障线段 ,恢复非故障线段的正常供电。这样就可将馈线故障处理功能下放到线路 ,而无需主站参与。
In conventional feeder automation (FA) scheme, distribution automation (DA) master or sub-master station needto collect switch status, fault data from substation relays and field RTU to identify and isolate fault section. A newdistribution management system for fault isolating and supply restoration without requiring collecting of information of fieldswitch status and fault data is presented in this paper. In the case of fault occurrence, the outgoing line circuit breakerinstantaneously trips and then recloses in sequence from starting end. The fault clearing is determined at each FTU bycomparing the flag of short circuit current form neighboring upper and lower side. If the fault is permanent. the loopingcircuit breaker operates with similar principle to restore the supply.
