本文分析了企业医院在新医改形势下的机遇和挑战,并从学科建设、人才培养、薪酬激励、基础建设、后勤保障等方面探讨了企业医院如何趋利避害,寻求自身发展的健康之路。
This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the corporate hospitals under the new health care reform situation, and how corporate hospitals can avoid disadvantages and seek their healthy development from the aspects of the discipline construction, personnel training, pay incentives, infrastructure, logistics support and so on.
